Absolutely NOT! Our businesses are ran using the best partners in vendor services & the latest technology. You can sign documents & close transactions virtually & from ANYWHERE...Even your kitchen table! We show you how to do the same in our training program.
All of your personal information will never go directly through us here at GPEX. We will NEVER ask for your social security number, bank account information, or personal identification documents. That is what 3rd party vendors are for. They are a neutral party, that coordinates the transaction & collects all relevant documents. Keeping everyone safe & in the know.
Most of our clients start getting exclusive contracts in as little as 2 weeks. Once you've got your first deal underway, we teach our clients how to close transactions in as little as 10-30 days.
